West City Concert Band and Manukau Concert Band are staging a dazzling celebration of wind music in the Auckland Town Hall. What: Lost Dogs

This April, bring the family to experience the wonder of the Lost Dogs’ Disco – a celebration of connection, creativity, and the irresistible joy that dogs bring to our lives.  s you encounter each dog in the happy pack – some towering up to 5.5m tall and all in various poses: curled-up, standing, even touching noses – their coats come alive with light, and they greet you with joyful grunts. What: Tunes 4 Tamariki: Hana the Glowworm

What:  Agatha Christie’s Murder in the Orient Express

What: The Play That Goes Wrong 

Where: The Opera House

The Play that Goes Wrong is a hilarious hybrid of Monty Python farce and Sherlock Holmes mystery. It follows the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society’s performance of a classic murder-mystery play. Everything that can go wrong, does go wrong — to hilarious effect. There’s an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over the set and their lines. What: Royal New Zealand Ballet – Firebird

What: Disney: The Magic of Animation
